Alright – so, Governor Elect Amy Klobuchar is already having dementia already, and forgetting the very communities who have helped her. Well well well. How soon they forget.
Amy K has chosen a team of folks to help her administration and guess who are not there. Somalis and Muslims. What the heck? During her victory speech, she said:
- Moving Forward: She emphasized unity over partisanship, stating, “I’m not interested in moving Minnesota to the left or the right. I want to move us forward.
If you look at her team, forward apparently does not include our community or any Muslim community. Ugh.
Sadly, we have been here before where black and brown votes are taken for granted by the dflers. So frustrating and heartbreaking. When will learn to negotiate with our voices.
